IN-PERSON AND TELEHEALTH SERVICES PROVIDED
Utilizing the healing power of nature, along with evidence-based traditional office therapy treatment modalities: individual (including play therapy &/or equine-assisted psychotherapy for children), couples, family, or group clinical psychotherapy sessions: All intake appointments are $200 for 50-55 mins with the doctor to establish your particular goals and plan for healing. A la carte interventions are then determined by you & Dr. Williams.
For our self-pay clientele, therapy sessions are prorated at $165/hour for individual sessions, & $175/hour for couples/family/play therapy, $80/hour for specialty groups, and $325/hour (90 min minimum) for equine therapy sessions. You & the doctor will decide together regarding the amount of time that is most beneficial for your particular needs on a session-by-session basis. No set amount of sessions is required or predetermined; this is a collaborative process, as we know that realistically, needs change, goals are achieved differently by all, & cookie cutter externally-directed treatment is not the most appropriate or effective for human conditions of the mind.

Consultation: As former founding Mental Health Consultant for Job Corps-Center for Excellence, St Petersburg, Fl, and forensic evaluator for the states of MO & FL, Dr. Williams offers customized consultation services for a wide range of agency/corporate/program wellness/performance/informational needs (teamequus.org); as well as forensic hypnosis, and personality profiling/crime scene investigation. Peer Support Group: For early career and pre-licensed mental health therapists: this is a small, member-centered, closed group, to process, ask questions, explore case dynamics, etc- things that may be a little uncomfortable to process with your clinical supervisor/boss (or a place to practice uncomfortable conversations that you need to have with them!) Topics are chosen by participants; open, ongoing format; $80 per group, plus 1:1 initial 30 min interview with Dr Williams ($100).
Emotional Support Animal Assessments & Letter: minimum of $500, includes two meetings with the doctor.
Visits with your loved ones at ALFs or Rehab facilities: Providing support in transition, and help with anxiety, depression, grief, family issues, etc.
Keynote Speaker: PTSD, MST, DID, equine-assisted psychotherapy, ecopsychology. Prorated at $500/hr (travel expenses extra).
CE/CLE Workshops/Retreats/Lunch n Learns: Dr. Williams, in conjunction with Dr. Tricia Wilmoth, and Meridian Counseling Center, Inc, has been a sponsor of CE workshops for The American Psychological Association, as well as The Florida Bar. We customize events for your group, or you may check equusolutions.com for current offerings. Pricing is dependent on the venue and adjunct activities presented/requested. Retreats: Since 2004, we have offered a variety of individualized, extended weekend retreats for trauma recovery, relationship enhancement (mother-daughter or couples), grief recovery, cardiac wellness (psychocardiology), as well as performance enhancement/wellness for agencies, and compassion fatigue/burnout for mental health professionals, and family/loved ones of trauma survivors.
